About Us

Mabuhay Health Care Services LLC offers many healthcare services, including acute visits, direct primary care, preventative management, weight loss, and more care via telehealth or Home visits. We offer cash-based or membership fees. Membership provides unlimited telehealth and home visits with a small service fee.

Telehealth Care (acute/episodic care)

Telehealth services offer a convenient and accessible way to receive medical care. We can connect with you from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth can be particularly beneficial for certain conditions. However, if you need additional evaluation, we are here to assist you in finding the right healthcare resources.

Direct Primary Care

Direct Primary Care is a model to increased access and personalized care. Member pay a flat fee per month and includes primary care, telemedicine, wellness, and more. Members have discounted visits, same day to next day availability. No copayments or deductible. No insurance hassles.

$99/month

Initial consult takes about 1-2 hours and home visit is optional. After the initial consult, follow-up visit or sick visit is $10/visit (service fee for Electronic Health Record Use).

Our comprehensive weight loss program offers personalized guidance to help you achieve your weight management goals. Through one-on-one consultations, we'll assess your individual needs and develop a tailored plan that combines effective nutrition strategies, personalized exercise recommendations, and when appropriate, the safe and responsible use of pharmacological interventions. Our focus is on long-term sustainable weight loss and overall well-being

Mabuhay Health Care Services LLC offers a variety of medical services, including preventive care and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses. We do telehealth or concierge services. 

To make an appointment, please call our office at (909) 736-0231. You can see available appointment times and book online through our booking system as well. 

Currently, we do not participate with any insurance, but we offer membership fee.  We are a self-pay practice. We recommend that you continue to have insurance for medications, hospital care, testing, and referral to a specialist. 

Our services do not include the administration of narcotics.
